Operations Site Lead Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Site Lead Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production support plans and coordinate production processes
• Manage system infrastructure, including performance monitoring and security
• Support clients with defect triaging and provide continuous improvement to processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Relevant experience in software development, information technology, or system implementation
• Experience with maintaining and supporting applications and their operating environments
• Experience in T-SQL (DB Query writing)
