Senior Counsel - Public Sector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel focused on the US Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on customer requests and contract-related issues for public sector customers
• Analyze and negotiate reseller sales agreements and manage contract modifications
• Draft terms and support the development of FedRAMP products in collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public sector SaaS agreement negotiation, especially with government customers
• Deep understanding of the FAR and DFARS regulations
• Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance and contracting processes
• Knowledge of federal, state, and education procurement processes and contract vehicles
• Experience in developing efficient processes for a commercial legal team
