Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production, reporting, projections, and budget goals for the mortgage area
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and budget goals
• Provide leadership and coaching for employee development and sales training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of mortgage sales experience
• Three or more years of leadership experience
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required
