Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quote Manager to support its global sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales representatives to create and review accurate quotes and ensure proper product configuration
• Coordinate day-to-day deal flow and streamline cross-functional reviews to facilitate active deals
• Manage upcoming renewals and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewal quoting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles, preferably within SaaS or high-growth companies
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and quoting processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CPQ tools is a plus
• Able to interpret data to guide decisions that improve sales efficiency
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a field-facing role
