Health Insurance Sales Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales and Retention, Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the sales and retention team in developing growth and retention strategies for various product lines
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, clients, and market leaders to drive enrollment and enhance customer experience
  • Oversee departmental goals and operational workflows while mentoring team members to achieve high standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or Business required
  • Ten years of experience in sales, service, or account management in the health insurance industry
  • Proven success in new business growth and member/broker retention strategies
  • Health insurance license required within 3 months of hire date
  • Understanding of CMS compliance regulations and ACA marketplace dynamics preferred
