A company is looking for a Litigation Senior Specialist responsible for investigating complex automobile accident claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential for complex cases
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of complex auto claims with discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 3 or more years of experience in litigation handling (Preferred)
• Experience in the state of New York is required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
