Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney for a fully remote, long-term temporary role in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to subpoenas and discovery requests
• Coordinate with internal consultants and external counsel on DOJ exemption matters
• Support litigation-related functions, including document review and legal analysis

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Prior experience working with or within the financial services industry
• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
