Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patent Agent or Attorney to support patent prosecution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with inventor interviews, summarize disclosures, and manage the docket
• Review and draft office actions and conduct FTO analyses
• Ensure filings align with internal guidelines and overall IP strategy

Required Qualifications

• Junior-level patent professional experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house setting
• USPTO registration number strongly preferred
• Background in material science, chemistry, electrical engineering, or batteries is a plus
• Ability to work flexibly, with options for part-time or remote work
• Willingness to commit to a duration of 6-12 months with potential for conversion
