Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, ensuring new therapists understand clinical standards and expectations
• Manage and update therapist schedules, coordinating with various teams to maintain accuracy and alignment with program needs
• Review and reconcile therapist invoices for accuracy, maintaining communication to resolve any discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare, mental health, or telehealth operations, particularly in clinician onboarding or support
• Familiarity with behavioral health documentation and clinical workflows
• Spanish fluency (spoken and written) is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace and EHR systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment
