Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, consulting, or strategy in healthcare or a related field
• Strong project management skills, with experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Familiarity with performance dashboards, business intelligence tools, and operational KPIs
• Experience with integrated delivery systems, hospitals, payer networks, and electronic health records
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or equivalent work experience
