Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform and ensure integrations with other systems
• Oversee the technical implementation and quality assurance of marketing campaigns
• Develop workflows and processes to support marketing campaigns and ensure database hygiene

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS Startup or EdTech environment
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and Salesforce, including basic HTML or CSS skills
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and experience ensuring database compliance
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools
• Experience with Product Led Motions and Account-Based Marketing is a plus
