• Develop KPIs and reporting to measure the lifecycle program's impact on business goals

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience managing email and SMS marketing programs
• 2+ years of experience with the Braze platform
• Strong analytical skills for creating reporting frameworks
• Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing; B2B experience is a plus
• Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries preferred
