A company is looking for a Market Director, Sales Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support coordination and execution of corporate and market initiatives among regional sales leaders
• Translate center-led strategies into market/regional initiatives to maximize growth
• Manage execution of key priorities, including sales forecasting, planning processes, and customer retention planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10 years of sales experience with 5+ years leading a B2B sales team
• Demonstrated success in sales planning, performance management, and insights-driven strategy
• Strong financial acumen and ability to plan and execute business plans
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Understanding of marketing principles, product lines, and ordering procedures
