Lifecycle Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Management Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Remediate end-of-life and vulnerabilities for hardware and software
• Provide clear communication with customers and internal teams while escalating issues as needed
• Assist in developing documentation and recommend process improvements for LCM

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of ITIL concepts, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices
• Basic understanding of VMware ESXi host and vCenter operations/concepts
• Basic understanding of enterprise network and disaster recovery concepts
• Basic understanding of public cloud deployment and technologies
• Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite and Windows-based applications
