Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to support Enterprise accounts and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Enterprise customers, guiding them on product integration and usage
• Troubleshoot technical issues and design customized solutions to meet customer needs
• Implement technical integrations and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer tools
• Strong background in frontend technologies and familiarity with modern JavaScript tools and frameworks
• Experience with Storybook and/or Chromatic is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
