Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leave cases for employees, including consultation on leave policies and processes
• Act as a liaison with leave management vendors and ensure timely paperwork and benefit changes
• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated leave issues and conduct research and analysis for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in benefits, absence management, or FMLA
• Experience with systems orientation related to leave management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Effective conflict management skills
