Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements
• Establish a deep understanding of user needs through research and data analysis, collaborating with customer-facing teams
• Mentor a product team and foster effective cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and sales

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product leadership, ideally in a two-sided marketplace or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of growth loops, funnel optimization, and user acquisition/retention strategies
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests for product improvements
• Passion for understanding user problems and conducting user research
• Experience in the online recruitment industry is a strong plus
