Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to oversee customer lifecycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute core customer lifecycle management solutions within the product ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new lifecycle management systems
• Lead the migration from legacy systems to new lifecycle management platforms and guide the deprecation of outdated systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Five plus years of technical product management experience
• Expertise in customer lifecycle management and migration strategies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and adapting to changing priorities
