Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Product Manager Lead to drive expansion strategies and transition the organization from a product company to a platform company.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and iterate pricing, packaging, and product-led growth strategies to enhance account expansion
• Develop strategies to promote ancillary products among existing customers and identify expansion opportunities
• Analyze user journeys and conversion funnels to prioritize initiatives that improve activation, retention, and growth

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with developer infrastructure such as hosting, edge compute, and security
• Understanding of the developer persona, with experience in a devtools or infrastructure company preferred
• Experience in product usability and user experience design
• Comfortable working with senior product leaders and interfacing with C-level executives
• Background in math, statistics, or analytics with experience in analyzing funnel data and campaign performance
