• Execute updates to underwriting eligibility guidelines and rating rules, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Manage and prioritize a backlog of work requests, defining actionable goals and deliverables
• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify process optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product management, underwriting, or analytics
• Ability to oversee and prioritize work across multiple teams

• Strong stakeholder management experience
