Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact analytics projects to inform marketing strategy and improve business outcomes
• Design and evaluate experiments to measure campaign efficacy and guide investment decisions
• Develop business intelligence tools and dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing analytics or insurance
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with Python or R for modeling
• Expertise with BI tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Power BI
• Experience with AWS Cloud-based Analytics and Data Warehousing solutions preferred
