We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Specialist to join our remote team. We serve a variety of clients across different industries and are looking for someone who can confidently execute and manage both on-page and off-page SEO strategies that drive results.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content and metadata for SEO best practices
• Build and manage link-building campaigns (white hat only)
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Collaborate with our content and web development teams to implement SEO recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably with an agency
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Proficient in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Suite
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and website architecture as it relates to SEO
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience with local SEO (GMB optimization, citations, etc.)
• WordPress and Shopify experience
• Familiarity with content marketing and CRO
Project Details:
• This is an ongoing, part-time freelance position with the potential to grow
• 1-2 monthly clients to start, depending on client workload
• Flexible hours — we care more about results than clock-punching
