Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive omnichannel engagement strategy integrating digital and traditional channels
• Oversees the implementation of digital tools and platforms for effective communication with healthcare professionals
• Monitors engagement metrics to refine the omnichannel strategy and ensure alignment with healthcare professional needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Sciences, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
• Seven-plus years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Omnichannel development
• Experience leading cross-collaborative initiatives and managing teams
• Strong project and process management skills
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
