Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advertising Operations Manager to lead a team and manage digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of CTV and programmatic campaigns
• Supervise and coach a small team of AdOps Specialists while providing training and performance feedback
• Diagnose and resolve campaign delivery issues and contribute to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations
• 2+ years of experience mentoring or managing junior team members
• Experience with platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, and Google Ad Manager
• Familiarity with CTV, MMPs, and attribution methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
