Lead Digital Workflow Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Digital Workflow Architect responsible for overseeing the architecture of digital forms and workflow tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and oversee the development of browser-based and fillable forms
• Lead workflow automation efforts, including internal reporting and change management tools
• Ensure all form packages meet DHS Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 20+ years of experience in IT solution design, architecture, or forms/workflow development
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and secure deployment environments
