Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Engineer responsible for designing, building, and supporting MacOS and Windows 11 platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain MacOS and Windows devices, including Windows 11 in Azure AVD and Windows 365
• Package applications and secure operating systems while ensuring compliance with security standards
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and provide troubleshooting support for desktop-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years designing, building, and supporting desktop environments
• Expert level knowledge managing MacOS devices with Jamf or Kandji and Intune
• Strong skills in application packaging and automation scripting using Bash, Python, and PowerShell
• Experience in a medium or large enterprise managing several thousand endpoints
• Significant experience with solution delivery from design through post-project support
