Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager-Dynamics CRM-Power Platform (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the software development team, overseeing training, performance reviews, and scheduling
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify process improvements and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Assist in the Agile Scrum process, ensuring team commitment and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience leading development teams
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including hands-on development
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and concept design
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and SQL relational databases in a secure environment
