Cyber Threat Mitigation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Cyber Threat Mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Cyber Threat Mitigation Analysts, aligning mitigation efforts with cybersecurity strategies
• Provide technical oversight in identifying and mitigating security threats across various technology ecosystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive secure design initiatives and represent the team in leadership forums

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role
• Technical experience in cloud security, infrastructure security, secure software development, or incident response
• Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Demonstrated success working in a matrixed organization
