We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our Pilot Offering and Trading Support Group. As a key member of our Flight Department, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-performing Support Group that provides exceptional service to our pilots. Job Description:

As a Manager – Pilot Offering and Trading Support Group, you will be responsible for hiring, training, leading, and developing a team of support specialists who provide assistance to pilots with questions about pilot scheduling applications. You will also be responsible for supporting the team’s efforts in creating a positive work environment while delivering an enhanced customer experience for pilots.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing Support Group to provide exceptional service to pilots
• Ensure all team members have in-depth knowledge of pilot offering and trading applications
• Manage the team to provide cutting-edge pilots with remarkable offering and trading support through various online and in-person channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to pilot scheduling applications
• Monitor and evaluate performance to make improvements or take corrective action

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience leading others
• Past pilot scheduling or planning experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
