Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - ON-CALL.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules in coordination with clients for training products
• Design and update training curricula, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Create interactive training sessions and materials, including e-learning modules and assessments

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with six years of relevant experience
• Five years of experience in developing live and virtual training programs
• Expertise in adult learning modalities
• Ability to work independently and manage client coordination
• Knowledge of migrant/refugee issues, particularly concerning families and unaccompanied children
