Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - US (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement interactive e-learning and blended learning experiences
• Translate complex processes into user-friendly instructional materials and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve learning programs based on learner needs and business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Learning Technology
• 3-5 years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare or IT/SaaS environments
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Storyline
• Familiarity with LMS platforms like Cornerstone or Moodle
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Camtasia
