Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design projects, including needs analysis and evaluation
• Design and develop high-quality learning experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design models to drive measurable results

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, instructional design, business, HR, or related field
• At least 5 years of instructional design experience
• Experience designing online and hybrid courses using learning management systems
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Experience with course authoring tools and media creation tools
