Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Teacher for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach 2-3 classes with small group sizes of up to 10 students
• Conduct interviews to hire and train new teachers, while managing their development
• Oversee teaching quality through assessments and manage departmental initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in English
• Minimum of 4 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with Zoom and Google suite services
• Experience managing a team and conducting online lessons
• Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively in a team
