Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor-Inside Sales-Outbound.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of Residential Outbound Sales Executives
• Drive the team to meet and exceed sales quotas and monitor performance indicators
• Conduct coaching sessions and participate in the Leadership Development Program

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a team in customer service and sales
• 2-4 years of job-related experience or 6+ years of equivalent experience
• Experience managing an outbound sales team is preferred
• College degree or a combination of education and related experience required
• Ability to analyze and improve sales strategies
