Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business Development for the Fintech Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead business development strategy and execution for fintech products
• Source and negotiate partnerships with fintech companies and technology vendors
• Build and manage a high-performing business development team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Economics, or related field
• 12-15 years of experience in business development within fintech or financial services
• Proven track record in developing partnerships and driving B2B sales
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment
• Preferred MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
