Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with small business owners via phone and digital channels to understand their business needs
• Recommend appropriate products based on customer challenges and provide explanations on how they can improve business operations
• Respond to customer concerns and demonstrate the value of solutions without being pushy

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in full cycle selling
• Ability to work with multiple software systems
• Experience handling a high volume of calls and/or chats
• Knowledge of various product lines, including Payments, Payroll, and Live Bookkeeping
• Willingness to participate in ongoing coaching and training
