Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner strategy and programs, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Set and monitor KPIs for partner performance and implement enablement programs
• Drive accountability for partner engagements, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, or Channel Sales in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs with measurable impact
• Deep understanding of partner engagement models, including referral and co-sell
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Strong program management and analytical skills
