Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations & Growth Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Commercial Directors and maintain accurate sales data in the CRM system
• Conduct strategic outreach to prospective clients and assist in developing a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-impact sales materials and monitor sales performance metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years in a sales operations or sales support role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally within the customer experience or SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of sales processes and lead nurturing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• Highly motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently and in a team
