Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology & Information Architectures - Infrastructure Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and support Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 applications, VPN, and VDI environments
• Utilize remote support tools and ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and resolve incidents

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in deskside support, including hardware configuration and troubleshooting
• Prior experience with inventory management of corporate assets and VPN/VDI support required
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 Suite, and remote support tools
• Experience with workstation imaging and enterprise printer support
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and manage physical IT assets
