Epicor Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epicor Business Systems Manager to drive ERP innovation and manage business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Epicor ERP platform
• Manage end-to-end system optimization, including configurations and reporting
• Oversee ERP-related initiatives and collaborate with internal teams and vendors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience (Kinetic preferred)
• Proven background in ERP strategy and cross-functional project leadership
• Expertise in core modules: Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and CRM
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with integrations and data migration
• Experience in MES, MRP, and financial month-end reporting integrations is a plus
