Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator to support an IT program for the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services Internal Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve basic issues remotely through phone and email support, progressing to more complex issues with additional training
• Provide comprehensive support for efficient resolution of incidents and requests for end-users
• Document all required information into the ticketing system and maintain the in-house knowledgebase

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 35 WPM
• Must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the last five years
