Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - REMOTE in CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide services to the senior population
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to develop and update treatment plans
• Document patient interactions in compliance with Medicare guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT)
• Experience working with older adults (65+)
• Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients
• Ability to work in a remote setting
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
