Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Capability Analyst to lead Scrum teams and support Agile development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Scrum teams as the Product Owner and provide oversight for specific projects
  • Translate business problems into Requirements/User Stories and facilitate backlog management
  • Ensure cross-team collaboration and support Release Management activities


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in a pharmacy-related role
  • 3+ years of Project management or Demand management experience
  • Experience with project methodology including requirements, design, development, and implementation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and analyzing large data sets
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders and managing deliverables and timelines
