Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time remote Administrative Law Judge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct administrative evidentiary hearings and manage related preliminary matters
• Ensure the hearing process adheres to professional standards and ethical considerations
• Issue legally sufficient decisions with findings of fact and conclusions of law within specified timeframes

Required Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in Indiana
• 10+ years of legal experience
• Extensive experience in pension retirement law and administrative law proceedings
• Multi-disciplinary legal experience or general counsel experience preferred
