Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for clients implementing digital banking products focused on Commercial Banking/Cash Management
• Analyze client banking operations and map requirements to the digital banking platform
• Create business requirement documentation and engage with cross-functional teams to improve delivery processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing a SaaS digital banking product in Financial Services
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Treasury, or Cash Management
• Domain expertise with a focus on commercial banking and cash management
• Experience with business requirement document creation and gap analysis
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
