Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Learning Lead Consultant for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of Workday Learning modules
• Manage project timelines and serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Workday Learning certification and prior implementation experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning processes and Workday HCM applications
• Technical expertise in Workday Learning and project management skills
• Leadership and team development experience
• Strategic thinking abilities
