Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow TNI Consultant for a remote working contract opportunity in the USA or Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate custom applications and oversee migration work
- Conduct discovery sessions and documentation mapping
- Plan and implement ServiceNow Pro Services for fiber broadband provisioning
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
- CSA and TNI Accreditation are essential
- Experience in telecommunications (Telco) is essential
- Proven TNI project experience is essential
- Ability to work independently
