Hypercare Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hypercare Consultant to support the management and integration of policies related to the External Provider Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead collection and analysis of requirements from clinical contact centers for the EPS Hypercare system
• Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate requirement capture
• Coordinate with site leadership for the adoption of EPS Hypercare features and oversee daily provisioning of site staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software deployments or Tier 1/2 helpdesk support
• Ability to create sustainable processes and systems for large teams
• Familiarity with an agile model of delivery
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
• High school diploma required; BS is a plus
