Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Employee Navigator benefit administration platform for new instances and during renewal/open enrollment
• Provide day-to-day support to clients on managing their Employee Navigator platform
• Support the transition of clients from Ease to Employee Navigator, including migration and/or platform rebuild

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with the Employee Navigator platform as a broker user
• Experience with Ease, Rippling, PlanSource, Bswift, and/or ADP benefit administration platforms is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft product suite
• Experience handling PHI or other sensitive data is preferred
