Florida/Maine Licensed Staff Provider

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Access Staff Provider in Florida or Maine.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate rapid-access intakes and provide enhanced medical support during the early weeks of treatment
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and complete all intake documentation accurately
• Provide cross-coverage for colleagues and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent prescription needs

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Florida or Maine state licenses in good standing
• Active Florida or Maine DEAs and Board Certification (PMHNP preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in Addiction Medicine and a team-based-care setting
• At least 2 years of experience working with a similar member population in primary care or behavioral health
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services to support telemedicine
